RETURNS POLICY
At Fifteen Home, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we are here to help.
Eligibility for returns:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with tags still attached
- Proof of purchase is required for all items
Returns process:
- Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at hello@fifteenhome.com
- Pack your item: Securely package the item with all original tags and packaging
- Shipping the return: Please contact us for the return address details and then post the item back to us (note: we do not cover the cost of returning the product).
Exchanges:
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Contact us at: hello@fifteenhome.com to arrange your exchange
- Item to be exchanged will need to be sent back to us with all original tags attached and item in an unworn, unwashed condition
