SHIPPING INFORMATION

We will ship your order within 1-3 days of the order being placed. Shipping times are as follows:

Domestic shipping within Australia
Express - 1-4 business days
Standard - 2-8 business days

International Shipping
9-15 business days once shipped 

RETURNS POLICY

At Fifteen Home, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we are here to help. 

Eligibility for returns:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt
• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with tags still attached
• Proof of purchase is required for all items

Returns process:

1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at hello@fifteenhome.com 
   
2. Pack your item: Securely package the item with all original tags and packaging
3. Shipping the return: Please contact us for the return address details and then post the item back to us (note: we do not cover the cost of returning the product). 
   

Exchanges: 

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
• Contact us at: hello@fifteenhome.com to arrange your exchange
• Item to be exchanged will need to be sent back to us with all original tags attached and item in an unworn, unwashed condition
